Just about two months ago, I ran out of Lemon Slices for our spa water....I had an English (seedless) cucumber at home and thought "Why not?" The results have been nothing short of amazing and our guests absolutely LOVE it! Why not bring the spa experience home? Fill a pitcher with a lid with water, slice up a few (3 or 4) thin slices of english cucumber and voila! It is impossible not to drink more water (and maybe even meet that 8 glass a day thing) if you have a nice refreshing, slightly flavored pitcher of cucumber water in your fridge!

Cucumber Water - Kennebunkport Spa
